This class will begin to explore the many different meditation techniques. The first 15 minutes or so will focus on what meditation is and review several different techniques. The next 30 minutes will be preparation for meditation, meditation and closure. For this first class, the meditation itself will be about 15 minutes. While this may seem short for the experienced meditator for a beginner to meditation, this can seem excruciatingly long.
At Pause Yoga and Wellness Studio, we provide a peaceful and safe environment to relax and let go.
In the future, we will include: sound meditations, guided meditations, possibly chanting and all will include some breath work.
We hope you can attend the first Meditation Class in July and would love to hear your preferences for a meditation class. We think of Pause as a community based studio and make every attempt to fulfill the needs of our community.
