This class will begin to explore the many different meditation techniques. We will focus on what meditation is and review several different techniques. Next will be preparation for meditation, meditation and closure. This class is appropriate for everyone. If you're experienced at mediation, or just beginning.
At Pause Yoga and Wellness Studio, we provide a peaceful and safe environment to relax and let go.
In the future, we will include: sound meditations, guided meditations, possibly chanting and all will include some breath work.
We hope you can attend the Meditation and would love to hear your preferences for a meditation class. We think of Pause as a community based studio and make every attempt to fulfill the needs of our community.
