Our yoga classes start with gentle yoga, easy breathing practices, then closing with a simple guided meditation. All classes are private to veterans only. The purpose is not to still your mind, but to become aware of what is present in your body.
EASY CHAIR YOGA
This yoga is ideal for those with injuries or permanent disabilities. You can learn how to do chair yoga in our classes and easily take it home. An assisting care giver must be present and is welcomed, for your safety.
